About Coach K
Coach K has been training and inspiring runners for several years through his very structured running programs for both children and adults. He combines his knowledge in mental health, self-development and endurance training to offer coaching and running programs that provide a full mind, body and soul experience. Coach K specializes in helping new runners integrate exercise into their daily schedule, especially those who are busiest or completely out of shape. He is a licensed social worker and a running enthusiast who has completed numerous marathons across the US & in Israel. Coach K is also a proud husband and father of 7, who loves sharing with others the many benefits of running, both physically and spiritually.
