You Can Do It

IF YOU DON'T EXCERCISE YOU WANT TO READ THIS!!!

75 percent of Americans say that being in shape is very important to them. Yet less than 25 percent of Americans are actually getting enough exercise.

How can this be?

It's simple. Most of us:

  1. Don't appreciate how much we can really accomplish with small change

  2. Struggle to be consistent

  3. Don't really believe change is possible

The real truth is that with baby steps, a little bit of patience and pain and a whole lot of consistency, we can all get the exercise we need every week.

Meet Vance Hinds who in November 2017 began a journey of losing almost 200 pounds in 365 days by making slow progress every week. But what is even more incredible is the reason why Vance got off the couch and took on this incredulous challenge. Vance was inspired by comedian, Bert Kreischer, who publicly announced his own health initiative to run a half marathon and gave Vance the strength to change his life.

There is so much we can learn from this amazing story but my favorite lesson is that Vance's transformation didn't occur when he lost 50 pounds or 100 or even 150. It happened before he even started, at the moment he allowed himself to believe that change could happen, even for someone like him.

If you knew your own success was a certainty what small step would you take today to start exercising and improve your health?

Believe in yourself.

Appreciate small progress.

Don't be scared of working hard to

invest in your health and well being.

You will feel great and begin to inspire others.

Be like Vance, who started his own transformation with just a walk and a lot of determination.

You too can be unstoppable.

Show yourself and the world you can do it.

I know you can.
